DESA dispatchers work hard to keep our drivers busy all year-round, ensuring they get the top rates and best freights. DESA drivers are paid using a percentage-based structure based on gross load revenue.

As a business for more than 15 years, DESA employees are valued and treated as part of the family. We foster a positive work environment and promote good work relationships between drivers and dispatchers. A safety officer is assigned to each driver to encourage health and safety processes for risk reduction, injury prevention and compliance. DESA maintains an open-door policy to ensure that our employees are heard, treated well, and given the respect they deserve.
